The site meets the following technical and urbanistic requirements: maximum development index of 0.3, maximum occupancy index of 0.9, and the building footprint (\u2013) is 358 m\u00b2.<br \/>\nPurpose: hotel, residential complex, apartments.<\/p>\n<p>The stone palace is fortified, only the replacement of the roof and interior decoration is necessary.<br \/>\nThere is an idea
