The project is located on the waterfront of the Bay of Kotor, in the village of Risan. Part of the project is a historic stone estate with an adjacent plot designated for the construction of a new building. The project is ideal for the construction of a boutique hotel. Risan is known for its historical heritage, ancient Roman mosaics, beaches, and hotels. The Teuta Hotel, named after the Roman queen who stayed in Risan, is currently undergoing renovation and will open soon. Another attraction of the project is its proximity to the Perast \u2013 open-air museum. Real estate in Perast \u2013 is the most expensive in Montenegro, making this project, located just a 10-minute walk away, even more attractive.<\/p>\n
