Sveti Stefan.<\/p>\n<p>The villa is located within the boundaries of an autonomous club-type settlement, consisting of 14 houses, which has a common fenced and well-kept area, with controlled entrances, passages and descents.<\/p>\n<p>The house, with a total area of 354 m\u00b2, consists of three floors.<br \/>\n1st floor \u2013 Living room, kitchen - Dining room, toilet, pantry, laundry room<br \/>\n2nd floor \u2013 Two living rooms - bedrooms separated by a staircase vestibule<br \/>\n3rd floor \u2013 Two living rooms - bedrooms separated by a staircase vestibule<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The villa is built from modern high-quality materials, waterproofed and insulated.<br> The decoration of the facades of the house and flower beds on the territory is made in a combined style: stone + textured plaster.<br> Platforms on the territory, parapets are lined with stone.<br> The window sills in the house are also made of stone.<br> The roof is covered with natural tiles.<br> The interior decoration of the living rooms is made in a combined style: ceramics on the floors, walls and ceilings are painted.<br> The bathrooms are decorated with ceramics on the floors and walls.<br> The steps of the staircases are lined with stone.<br> All windows in the house (there are 40 window structures in total, including entrance and balcony doors) are lined with natural wood on the inside. To match them, the wall and ceiling lamps are also lined with wooden elements.<br> Interior doors are wooden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Engineering equipment of the facility:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe facility is fully equipped with all necessary engineering equipment for comfortable and safe living.<br \/>\nIn the basement of the house there is a technical room, which contains all the main engineering units and equipment - these are the working systems of DHW (hot water supply), heating (warm<br \/>\nThe solar collector and automatic irrigation control units are located in the building&#039;s floors. A common 300-liter boiler, an electric boiler, and solar collectors are used to heat the water, significantly saving on electricity. The utility room also houses the pumping station and the main components of the centralized and backup water supply.<br \/>\nThe village&#039;s water supply is centralized and comes from a local mountain spring. Currently, utility lines have been laid under the new road to connect the village&#039;s homes to the Budva Water Utility, as well as fiber-optic lines for internet access.<br \/>\nBackup Water Supply \u2013 activated automatically if, for any reason, the village&#039;s central water supply is interrupted or the pressure drops. Backup water supply is provided by an individual reserve tank located under the parking areas and an automatic pumping station.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adjacent territory of the villa:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe \u2013 multi-level plots are enclosed by monolithic concrete retaining walls finished with textured plaster and forged metal railings.<br \/>\nParking lot \u2013 is paved with stone<br \/>\nLandscaping \u2013 flowerbeds with subtropical gardens are laid out around the villa and its grounds.
