Let's go there to start registration of a company and a residence permit (known in Serbian as "boravak"). In general, the procedure for obtaining a boravka is quite standard, there are rare failures, but here it is important to turn to a good agent who will do everything for you for a certain fee. Subject to fluency in Serbian at the level of "Dobar dan!" and “What is it?” (= “Good afternoon” and “How are you?”), and also not knowing how it is generally done, we decided to resort to the services of a Russian specialized company.

We haven’t really been in the city itself, so I can’t tell anything interesting about it yet. But after that we went home to Dobrota, and on the way we stopped at a small town called Risan. There, right by the road, there is a restaurant named after the city - Risan. I don’t remember whether someone advised us to go there, or I read about it on the Internet, in general, when we saw it, we immediately decided to go. And they weren't disappointed at all. They serve a variety of freshly prepared fish, meat, homemade wine. I ordered myself a trout; and the husband ordered “mixed meat”, in Russian - “meat plate”, on which there were several pork ribs, 2 sausages, fried brisket, fresh onion and french fries. I had the usual portion, but the meat plate was huge. We were very pleased with the prices - we paid 10 euros for each dish! And we ate for the whole day 🙂 Oh, and we also ordered a decanter of homemade red wine - we thought that we would have to ask to “wrap” it with us, but somehow it suddenly drank completely. In general, I highly recommend this restaurant; I hope we will go there again in the near future 🙂

Baked trout

Today we went to the city of Herceg Novi (from the 15th to the 18th centuries, this city was part of the Venetian province and was called "Castel Nuovo", which translates from Italian as "new castle"; later it came under the control of Duke Stepan Vukic Kosach and became actively develop; then they decided to rename it Herceg Novi).
