Pleskavitsa in many ways resembles <strong>cevapi<\/strong>, which look like &quot;fingers&quot; but are made from roughly the same dough. Pljeskavica has never failed to impress any visitor to Montenegro: it&#039;s eaten with a vegetable garnish, onions, as a hamburger (often served in this form in butcher shops, or &quot;mesars&quot;), and sometimes stuffed. Just like last time, we&#039;ll follow the recipe of the popular <strong>Serbian chef<\/strong> Serge Markovic \u2013 Serbian cuisine firsthand.
