Now there is a lot of time, so I began to revive my culinary abilities. Cevapi is made very simply, and the ingredients you will need are:

– Minced meat (beef + pork, 1 kg),

– Salt to taste,

– Pepper to taste,

– Onion – finely chopped (1 large or 2 small onions),

– Soda – half a teaspoon.

All ingredients must be mixed and kneaded for at least 10 minutes until the minced meat sticks to your hands. Put the minced meat in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, but even better at night. Form sausages and fry on the grill or in a frying pan (of course, chevapies are more fragrant on the grill, but in the absence of a grill, you can also use a frying pan). Cevapi is usually served with fresh onions and a side dish - I cooked potatoes with rosemary in the oven. It turned out very tasty!
