A bit of history<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Settlements in the Rozaje area have existed for a long time, so here you can meet the remains of the Illyrian, Greek, Roman and Slavic eras. During the Turkish rule, these lands completely belonged to the Turks.
\nThe city itself was founded in 1883 and named after the old church of Ruzice, built in the 13th century at the behest of Helena of Anjou, wife of the Serbian king Uros I.<\/p>\n
