Najperspektivnija upotreba ku\u0107e u ovom slu\u010daju bila bi butik hotel.<br \/>\nLokacija ku\u0107e ima povoljan geografski polo\u017eaj, jer se nalazi u blizini 3 aerodroma (Dubrovnik, Podgorica i Tivat). U samom gradu je formirana apsolutno sva infrastruktura neophodna za dug \u017eivot: postoje prodavnice, apoteke, statusni restorani i brojni jeftini kafi\u0107i. A tik uz gradske zidine nalazi se jedna od najpoznatijih primorskih pijaca hrane, koja predstavlja ogroman asortiman mesa, ribe, povr\u0107a i vo\u0107a, mlije\u010dnih proizvoda proizvedenih direktno u Crnoj Gori.<br \/>\nRegija Kotor je uvr\u0161tena na UNESCO-vu listu svjetske ba\u0161tine i obuhvata unutra\u0161nji Bokokotorski zaliv (preko moreuza Verige) sa okolnim planinama, kao i gradove Risan i Perast. Ostrvo Sveti \u0110or\u0111e i Gospa od \u0160krpiela tako\u0111er spadaju u svjetsku ba\u0161tinu.
