Sada ima puno vremena, pa sam po\u010deo da o\u017eivljavam svoje kulinarske sposobnosti. Cevapi se prave vrlo jednostavno, a sastojci koji su vam potrebni su:<\/p>\n<p class=\"article-render__block article-render__block_unstyled\">\u2013 Mljeveno meso (govedina + svinjetina, 1 kg),<\/p>\n<p class=\"article-render__block article-render__block_unstyled\">\u2013 Sol po ukusu,<\/p>\n<p class=\"article-render__block article-render__block_unstyled\">\u2013 Biber po ukusu,<\/p>\n<p class=\"article-render__block article-render__block_unstyled\">1 glavica luka (2 ka\u0161ike) sitno sjeckanog (1 velika ili 2 mala luka),<\/p>\n<p class=\"article-render__block article-render__block_unstyled\">\u2013 Soda \u2013 pola ka\u0161i\u010dice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article-render__block article-render__block_unstyled\">Sve sastojke je potrebno pome\u0161ati i mesiti najmanje 10 minuta dok se mleveno meso ne zalepi za ruke. Stavite mleveno meso u fri\u017eider na 2-3 sata, ali jo\u0161 bolje uve\u010de. Formirajte kobasice i pr\u017eite na ro\u0161tilju ili u tiganju (naravno, chevapi su mirisniji na ro\u0161tilju, ali ako nema ro\u0161tilja, mo\u017eete koristiti i tiganj). \u0106evapi se obi\u010dno serviraju sa sve\u017eim lukom i prilogom - ja sam kuvala krompir sa ruzmarinom u rerni.
