We continue to embody Montenegro in our kitchen: today the menu includes popular meat cutlets called PLESKAVITSA. Pleskavitsa in many ways resembles cevapi, which look like "fingers" but are made from roughly the same dough. Pljeskavica has never failed to impress any visitor to Montenegro: it's eaten with a vegetable garnish, onions, as a hamburger (often served in this form in butcher shops, or "mesars"), and sometimes stuffed. Just like last time, we'll follow the recipe of the popular Serbian chef Serge Markovic – Serbian cuisine firsthand. Bon appétit!
