Here is a very slow and measured life. Nobody is in a hurry here. By the way, in Russia we often say that Russians are the laziest. Don't believe! It turns out that there are even lazier peoples, one of them is the Montenegrins (maybe the Mediterranean climate affects them so much?). In fact, only Russian firms work quickly here.
For example, we left today at 11 pm, and life is already in full swing in street cafes, and not tourists, but local Montenegrins are sitting. In Siberia, even in the summer, this is hard to imagine.
Further: a week ago we were supposed to have the Internet. We were fed breakfast every day; in the end, we ourselves had to go to their company, pick up the modem and set everything up ourselves. Even our residence permit, instead of the prescribed 10 working days, has been issued for a whole month. So, like it or not, you will have to take into account and adapt to Montenegrin speeds. In general, this plays into the hands of us Russians, because the service provided by Russians will look more advantageous against the background of Montenegrin.
