We continue to embody Montenegro in our kitchen: today the menu includes popular meat cutlets called PLESKAVITSA. Pleskavitsa in many ways resembles cevapi, which look like “fingers”, but are made approximately “from the same dough”. Pleskavitsa has not left any guest of Montenegro indifferent: it is eaten with a vegetable side dish, onions, in the form of a hamburger (in this form it is often served in butcher shops, or "mesars"), sometimes stuffed. Like last time, we follow the recipe of the popular Serbian chef Serge Markovic - first-hand Serbian cuisine. Bon appetit!
