We have been living in Montenegro for the fourth year, but we are constantly discovering some new beautiful places. Montenegro has always amazed by the fact that, despite its small size, a lot of amazing, beautiful places are concentrated in its expanses, and they are also completely different! This time our discovery was Niagara Falls and a restaurant of the same name, located about five kilometers from Podgorica. We have heard about it for a long time, but somehow it was not possible to visit this place.

In short, you should definitely visit this amazing place – the restaurant is recognized as one of the best in Montenegro, and the waterfall is beyond words – it's the only one in all of Montenegro and can probably be compared in power only to the Kravica Falls in Bosnia. The rock there is truly extraordinary – the stones seem to be made of concrete, and in some places you can see enormous craters, about a meter in diameter and ten meters deep – all carved out by water over centuries. The restaurant's grounds are also a delight: there are tables right by the river where you can enjoy the views, and there are also tables inside, which have their own little waterfall (!) – and, by the way, it's not a small one!

Some prices here are slightly lower than in coastal cafes; the food is delicious. It's a fun place for the whole family, especially children—they'll meet rabbits in a house, chickens in trees, a pony always busy with its grass, and lots of ducks and geese who are always happy to accept a tasty treat from you. 🙂 There's also a huge, but very kind dog who loves belly rubs.

So, now the photo report!
