Winter in Montenegro is, as usual, wonderful! It's January, no rain, the sun shines every day, winter flowers are blooming, the grass is green, the sea is clear—in a word, it's a fairy tale! I love this climate, but there are those of us Siberians who miss snow and real winter! 🙂 But Montenegro's climate is so diverse that it can please everyone: one person loves the sea and sun on the coast, another loves snow and skiing in the north! Literally 2-3 hours by car, and you're transported from summer to real winter—isn't that wonderful? This time we went to Kolasin, which is larger than Žabljak, but just as cozy and homey. Here we stayed in a real mushroom house, which kept us perfectly warm in the evenings; It's much colder at home on the coast 🙂
Kolasin positions itself as a ski resort. Of course, this is not quite Switzerland (there are not so many cafes, shops and restaurants here), but the prices here are several times lower, and the level of ski slopes, in principle, is not inferior. In general, it is very sincere and sweet here 🙂
If you'd also like to go on this snowy trip, you're welcome, – will be happy to organize it for you! 🙂
