To give you a better picture of food prices in Montenegro and to help you plan your vacation, I'd like to share today's find: Café del Mare, a café-restaurant on the waterfront in Dobrota, Kotor. For some reason, we always passed it by, but this time the neighboring café closed due to impending rain, so we settled on Café del Mare, on the outdoor terrace overlooking the bay. We were pleasantly surprised by the service, prices, and quality! The waiter served us fully, pouring drinks for us. As usual, bread and water were not included. The waiter recommended the "Mešano meso" meat plate (yield 1 kg!), and we ordered "grilovano povrče" (grilled vegetables) with it and, as usual, some Vranac. 🙂 The meat plate turned out to be excellent, –, for only 9 euros!
