Hooray! Last Sunday I made a personal best, having risen to a height of over 2000 meters. Mastering the mountain peaks of Montenegro, I gradually move away to the north. There are 2 reasons for this: in summer it is too hot on the coast, in addition, the mountains on the coast are lower. And, there is another reason: a lot has already been done on the coast, and my spirit of adventurism requires the development of new peaks and horizons. Therefore, gradually I leave for the north of Montenegro, where there are a lot of untrodden routes for an experienced hiker and mountain climber.

In the morning I went to wash my face at the lake of unearthly beauty - the place was clearly worth it to come here. I couldn't resist walking around the lake to take pictures.
Lake Bukumirskoe, Montenegro (1443 m) - the idyll from the picture has become a reality
After breakfast, we set off: first through green valleys, then through snowdrifts, which even at the end of June reach a depth of 2-3 meters, and then completely in a vertical direction with rocky ledges, until we climbed to the Top. After the Siberian winter and the snow that is still alive in my memory, it was very pleasant to walk through the snow in shorts and sunglasses, with an air temperature of about 24 degrees, a pleasant coolness emanated from the snow crust. I publish photos of the stunning views that surrounded us all the way.
The route to the top of Pasyak. By the way, the peak itself can be seen in the background - this is the middle gray rock
Such meetings are not at all rare in the mountains - after all, it is here that the conditions for raising livestock are best.
Snow crust remains in the mountains until the end of June, Montenegro
At the top - now you can relax and enjoy the views of the neighboring mountain ranges and the tiny Bukumir Lake
The descent from the summit required special equipment - a rope fixed in the rock. Going down was harder and more dangerous than going up, 5 times! At some point, I even had to not look down, so as not to freeze from fear and adrenaline!
