Two authentic stone houses, originally restored in accordance with the requirements of the Institute for the Protection of Monuments, are located on the seafront. Ponta is divided into a 150-square-meter section with a restaurant summer garden and the remaining section, which serves as a beach area, boat dock, and parking space.

The large house has a fully equipped restaurant (100 m²) on the ground floor, set in a seaside style, opened eight years ago. The remaining floors feature three small one-bedroom apartments of 30 m² each and one duplex apartment of 85 m². All apartments have terraces and sea views. The smaller house, 80 m², is spread over two floors and has two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and one large bedroom.

Restoration work was done with genuine Korcula stone. The premises are new, central heating and a 500 liter central boiler, air conditioning, PVC locks and a greenish tint (according to the instructions of the Institute for the Protection of Monuments).

The courtyard is 328 m², with many stone elements.

The house is located along the old local road by the sea, which is a small traffic area and therefore ideal for walking and relaxing.

The houses are located in a quiet, peaceful place. The nearest shop is 20 meters away, while the Cathedral in Prcanj, the post office and the bakery are within a circle of about 500 m. The distance to the nearest large beach in Prcanj is about 100 m, to the center of Kotor 3.5 km, and to Tivat Airport 6 km.
