has 50 apartments ranging from 78 m2 to 138 m2 and is divided into two entrances. The first entrance includes a 12-storey building, and the second 5-storey. All apartments in block A are 20 meters from the beach and have open sea views. The reception, lobby and restaurant will be located on the first floor in the first entrance. In the second entrance there will be a restaurant (and a cafe on the roof of the 6th floor, which can be reached by an elevator) and two commercial premises (a pharmacy and a bar).

We conduct year-round monitoring of the safety of your property, servicing all life support systems of the complex and apartments. We provide support in legal, notarial, insurance, tax and financial management of your property. In your absence, we undertake the work of selecting tenants, renting out your property in order to ensure a stable income for your investment.
Future owners of apartments in our complex will have access to all services, including: concierge services, 24-hour front desk, housekeeping, parking and security services. Services are also available for organizing airport transfers, excursions, car, yacht, helicopter rental, organizing various celebrations within and outside the complex.
