Management and maintenance:
We conduct year-round monitoring of the safety of your property, servicing all life support systems of the complex and apartments. We provide support in legal, notarial, insurance, tax and financial management of your property. In your absence, we undertake the work of selecting tenants, renting out your property in order to ensure a stable income for your investment.
Future owners of SUN Beach sunrise apartments will have access to all services, including: concierge services, 24-hour front desk, housekeeping, parking and security services. Services are also available for organizing airport transfers, excursions, car, yacht, helicopter rental, organizing various celebrations within and outside the complex.
