Description

Villa "De Kattaro" is located in the most famous corner of Montenegro: Sveti Stefan (St. Stephen). From all levels of the villa you can observe a magical view of Sveti Stefan and its bay, Budva and the Budva Riviera. The combination of such special views and walking distance to the sea shore, the old town and the highway Budva-Bar makes this place a real unique offer for Montenegro.
This villa has three levels. The total area of the house (without patio) is 700 sq.m. The total living area (excluding garage, swimming pool, recreation area, technical room) is 520 sq.m. The house is located on a slope, so that its two upper levels, which the access road meets, prop up the rocks in the direction of Sveti Stefan. The house has a flat roof that can be used for recreational purposes.

1. Materials and technologies used:

  • Taking into account the location of the building, panoramic windows (with a height of 3.0 to 3.4 m) are used with double glazing 8 + 14 + 6 mm. Energy-saving glass produced by GLAVERBEL Czech Republic is used. ALUMIL aluminum profile system S-700 from Greece, the highest quality on the local market, is used for extra high sliding windows without floor sills. Window locking system made of stainless steel from Germany GU. Reinforced profiles and sun-protection tinted blue glass are used in the area of the stairs and elevator.
  • The floors of the house, the walls in the bathrooms are made of high quality Italian ceramic granite and mosaics, marble. The rooms have parquet floors. Floor in the pool area: wood-polymer composite board Legro Ultra (Hungary).
  • The walls and bottom of the pool and hammam are made of Spanish mosaics. The walls and ceiling of the sauna are made of pine and cedar.
  • Decoration of all triplex terraces in stainless steel.
  • There is facade lighting.
  • Electrical adjustment - equipment from Legrand France.
  • Low-noise sewer pipes with gasket can only be used in walls and vertical shafts.

  • staff apartments include a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom (20.1 sq. m)

  • In front of the building on this floor there is a terrace (61.2 sqm) and patio, barbecue and tandoor, fountain (150 sqm).
  • Ceiling height - 1 floor 3.4 meters. There is also an elevator that moves between floors and the roof.
