The – kitchen and dining room are also custom-made from expensive woods. The structure of the facades matches the doors, table, and other interior items. In addition to the necessary appliances from leading global companies, the kitchen also includes a wine cabinet. All furniture is Italian; no one has lived in it.

Plaster used for humid climates and plus ventilation. All rooms, including utility rooms, are equipped with heated floors, as well as a supply and exhaust ventilation system with recuperators.
