Today we stopped in Rafailovici on business and at the same time opened the swimming season! I think May is the best time to go. There are no crowds of tourists, the tracks are not busy, summer is in full swing - the sun is very hot, the water in the sea is no longer cold, adults can already swim, children can wet their feet. We are already tanned)
By the way, there is also not very good news that becomes relevant in May. There are a lot of ticks here in the spring ... We remove them from our dog every other day. Of course, they are not on the beach and on the streets, but if you go to the forest or any other place where there is tall grass, then the chances of meeting them there are high. But you should not be especially afraid of them - they are not carriers of dangerous diseases, as, for example, in Siberia. Locals treat them the same way as mosquitoes. Therefore, after visiting a wooded area, I advise you to examine each other, and buy a collar for your pet - it costs 2-3 euros and scares away these small monsters well))
