The villa is located on the edge of a pine-covered, rocky ridge overlooking what is arguably Montenegro's most famous landmark: the island and town of Sveti Stefan. Every floor of the villa offers breathtaking views of Sveti Stefan, the town of Budva and its bay, and the surrounding mountains of the Budva Riviera. The combination of these views and the proximity to the sea, the ancient town, and the Budva – Bar highway, located just a few hundred meters away, makes this location a unique offering in Montenegro.

The villa is a three-story structure with a total floor area of 1,000 square meters. In addition to nearly 600 square meters of living space, we've designed a spacious patio with a fountain, a swimming pool with a relaxation area, a wine cellar, a garage, and various utility rooms for your convenience. The villa is located on a slope, with its two upper levels facing the driveway, and all three levels, one-to-one, perched on a cliff above the sea, facing Sveti Stefan Island. Opening the exclusive high front door, you enter a spacious hall, from where carefully designed stairs and corridors lead to the rest of the premises on this and other floors. The villa includes five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, and of course, special attention is paid to the master bedroom, which also has a boudoir area and a wood-burning fireplace. For your convenience, the house has an internal elevator that moves between all levels. And the pearl of the VILLA is the winter garden, equipped with technological innovations that allow its year-round operation.

For the construction and arrangement of the VILLA, the latest technologies and only the best quality materials were used. The facades are made of natural Montenegrin and Croatian stone of various processing, and taking into account the location of the building, panoramic windows with double-glazed windows more than three meters high were used. Interior finishes include parquet floors, high quality Italian porcelain tiles, mosaics and marble. The walls, the bottom of the pool and the hammam are decorated with Spanish mosaics. The silent elevator with high loading capacity has a panoramic glass cabin and doors. The villa is equipped with a security alarm system with video cameras around the perimeter of the plot.
