The picturesque valley at the foot of Mount Lovcen proudly shelters Negushiwho gave Montenegro its legendary rulers - the Petrovich dynasty - as well as the most delicious prosciutto and Negush cheese. We invite you to see with your own eyes where the great lord and ruler of Montenegro, its most famous poet and spiritual leader, was born, ruled and buried - Peter II Petrovich Negosh.
The tour includes:
1. Climbing Mount Lovcen along the famous serpentine, called the “Cattaro stairs” due to the steepness of the climb, a panoramic view Bay of Kotor bird's-eye. Visit to the Negosh Mausoleum at an altitude of 1550 m above sea level.
2. Visit to the village of Negushi, tasting of prosciutto (dried pork, an analogue of Italian prosciutto), negush cheese, rakia (grape vodka; optional) in a restaurant of national cuisine.
3. Visit to the royal capital of Montenegro - the city of Cetinje, a sightseeing tour of the sights of Cetinje: the Cetinje Monastery of St. Peter of Cetinje, climbing to the panoramic platform on Mount Eagle Rock, visiting museums (optional), walking around the city, visiting iconic historical sites.
