A common 300-liter boiler, an electric boiler, and solar collectors are used to heat the water, significantly saving on electricity. The utility room also houses the pumping station and the main components of the centralized and backup water supply.
The village's water supply is centralized and comes from a local mountain spring. Currently, utility lines have been laid under the new road to connect the village's homes to the Budva Water Utility, as well as fiber-optic lines for internet access.
