Architectural concept:
The building blends harmoniously into the landscape: on the village side, the facades echo the historic buildings, while on the seaward side, terraces with retaining walls made of Lushchitsky rubble visually extend the hill. Part of the building "hover" above the landscape, creating a unique architectural accent and revealing views of Bjelila Bay. Natural materials are used in the finishing: stone, white plaster, wood, and glass. The project includes extensive landscaping (at least 401 TP3T of area).
